Rewarding HealthSM is a group of experienced diabetes professionals dedicated to diabetes self management by overcoming diabetes barriers. We can work with your physician or healthcare team to improve your diabetes self-management. Classes, services and products are designed for those people and family members that have a desire to get back on the right track, re-energize, or tweak core diabetes self-management. Our services are for individuals [adults, children, adolescents], and family members [parents, spouses] with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes.
